2023 Subaru Outback Touring

I've been going to lexus since ive bought my used gs300. They have always been amazing. Austin, Victor, and Tommy in the service department have been amazing. Always keeping me.up to date when I take my car in for any service or issues. When a local Audio stereo place down the street broke my rear view mirror, Victor was able to fit me in when there was not availability for service in 2 weeks. The parts department is phenomenal. Diego, Pat, and Lila have been my researchers and finders of parts. When they have been unable to locate parts, they have been able to contact their vendors and locate parts for my car. Since I don't like buying parts from autozon, oriellys, or napa I prefer quality parts if oem lexus is not available. Their extensive 3rd party vendors to fix electrical systems is phenomenal.

We have owned many Lexus cars but this dealership was by far the best to purchase a car! Our salesperson Michael was very professional and showed us so many features in the car we would have never known existed. The purchase experience was stress free!

Excellent service team; Isiah Tatum and Jason Avila, at Lexus Monterey Peninsula. Isiah was knowledgeable of the inventory and took time to show us around. Jason took time to explain the care package. Both team members were professional and we made a deal to purchase a New 2025 Lexus NX!
