Thanks to them, I was able to walk away with my first ever purchase of something this big……… a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited in a really cool blue color. I know this car is going to be with me for a long time and I’m looking forward to having it for a long time! In one sentence, this team is the absolute best and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I was looking for a needle in a haystack. I wanted a particular car, in a particular color, with specific features and within my budget. A Google search brought me to Jim Babish Auto Sales and the reviews online seemed too good to be true. My experience was that from the moment I reached out the whole team at JBAS were phenomenal. I live in Houston so I never had the chance to meet them in person, but I felt like I had made some new friends across the country. They answered all my questions, the paperwork was so quick and painless and they arranged for my car to be shipped to Houston a day later. Throughout they sent me pictures and kept me updated. Bought vehicle sight unseen based on web listing and phone interaction with Justin. They helped with some things I wanted done prior to delivery, some on them... some at my expense. Had truck picked up and delivered to me four states away and vehicle was as represented... even better. Great communication and experience.
