Friendly staff, free pop corn and free coffee. The deal I wanted was pretty far off from their first numbers. I ended up leaving that day but a few days later I was called by one of the the staff and was advised that we could work a deal since we weren't that far off. I was pretty skeptical because two other dealerships which were Gunther and pompano Volkswagen were unable to do the deal. I am glad I did decide to head down cause we were able to get to the number I wanted. Wayne was great and explained everything and was awesome. This is the second time I been to a Rick case dealership and came away with an excellent experience. I will not be shopping at any other dealership going forward if it's not a Rick case owned one.

I came to this service for the first time since I did the First Maintenance on a new car. I know English very poorly, and the receptionist was a Spanish speaker (who also knew English). I used Google Translator to communicate in order to express my complaints and wishes about the car. I was served by Nilsa Seda SERVICE ADVISOR. She was understanding and patient in working with me. she listened and answered all my questions and complaints. She spent a lot of time with me and remained kind until the end. On my next visit I will choose her (Nilsa Seda)! I really hope that all the staff works in her image. Nilsa Seda is an example of an employee who is a pleasure to deal with. I recommend this service! It's very clean and pleasant to be inside. unfortunately there are no free snacks and drinks (coffee and water). There is a buffet, which I understand is paid for. Well, this is purely individual)))

Fantastic experience I had in Rick Case. The sales staff took excellent care of us. Answer all our questions never we felt preasurred. In a nutshell I will buy my next car in Rick Case. Never before in my life buying a car had been do easy.
