Our initial experience with this dealership was great. Mike did a great job at making it a positive buying experience for us. We were shopping all over town and at times feeling very “pressured” to make a purchase. Finding a good used car is a very difficult task these days. The car was rushed through the detailing process in an effort to be delivered to us promptly, there was a misunderstanding about how soon we needed the car. The car had stains and foul odors from the previous owner. The dealership reached out to us after hearing of our dissatisfaction and made sure to rectify the car to a favorable condition. Taking this extra step is what makes dealerships like Napletons stand out above the rest. We appreciated the extra effort and attention they spent assuring we were satisfied with our purchase.
