This team did a fantastic job!! Everyone made sure the other costumers and I were well informed throughout the repair process. Each member of the team from the man who helped me out in parts, the men who greeted me at the service counter, and Gabe A were kind, sincere, and above and beyond excellent. Although I didn't meet the mechanics, I know they are masters as well, and sincerely appreciate that they took good care of my car. The Service Department Representatives are ALL very friendly and professional. I was treated very well by everyone. My wait time was not very long. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change & was informed that ALL was good with my new vehicle. (Purchased in November 2023). I am Very satisfied with the service that I received.
Good job on appointment for routine maintenance, although we had a little difficulty initially setting up the appointment, work was completed prior to estimated completion date and the service department went through the work and results. Dealership texted when car was ready. It would be nice if there was some kind of customer shuttle service as the dealership is about 25 minutes from our home.
