Had a excellent experience with my purchase of a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport. Our salesman Nelson was from the very beginning professional, courteous, and patient. He thoroughly showed us all the features of the vehicle and answered all our questions. He was never pushy or condescending, but attentive and humble. I went to see several other brands to compare, but I quickly felt the difference in customer service and product knowledge from salesmen few other places I visited. I returned to Subaru of Monrovia and asked for Nelson again. He had gone out of his way to have the vehicle prepared for a second test drive, and it all went great. I am absolutely satisfied with the vehicle, the service, and the price. The sales manager was also outstanding, professional, and never condescending. I will be a customer for life. Great experience and the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased/leased 7 cars over the years, 2 from BMW. I retired this year and decided to make a responsible car purchase. Yes I would have loved a Porsche Taycan but...Subaru Forester had a great finance rate and a great product. Brittany was the best salesperson! She is knowledgeable, helpful, very personable and I never felt like she was pushy or overbearing in any way. It was a very pleasant experience overall. Sierra Subaru was responsive from the start and very attentive in meeting my financial needs. The entire staff was very "nice" and not pushy in any way! There are so many perks with the Subaru Forrester and Dominique explained all the different accessories and each feature and answered every question I had about the features, set-up my cell phone via Bluetooth and then gave me a $25 gift card for Chevron gas!! I feel I got a great deal, the car I wanted at the price fut my budget. I flipped on the sport mode and sped out of the dealership! We have already taken our first road trip up the coast to Santa Barbara. You absolutely cannot go wrong by going to Sierra Subaru of Monrovia to purchase or lease your vehicle.
