2025 Subaru Ascent Premium 8 Passenger

I have been bringing my Subaru to Shingle Springs Subaru for maintenance and it is always an amazing experience. I brought my Subaru in for my normal oil change on Friday. Turns out I had an hole in my oil pan that was needing immediate attention. Eric, my service advisor, had everything set up with my warranty and a loaner car ready to go. The customer service and communication is superb. They made an unexpected situation stress free and smooth. The loaner car they provided was so nice. Eric went above and beyond with everything. I am beyond grateful for his understanding and communication. Everyone I worked with is super nice and welcoming. The only thing I regret is not buying my Subaru with this dealership. After this experience, I am a customer for life.

Clean, comfortable facility. Was able to get quick, no nonsense help both by text and in person. Shout out to salesperson Kevin who helped me with pricing by text and email when shopping for our two Subarus, and Max who helped seal the deal in person hassle free. Cooper in finance was friendly, quick and efficient. Appreciate the no-pressure experience I've had here.

Bought a new Forester in a very short amount of time, no hassles, no pressure. Fantastic service. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Max was excellent and very accommodating, very professional! We will be back for our next Subaru.
