I was in an accident with my 2021 Subaru Impreza and the vehicle was totaled. For beginners, the safety ratings on Subarus are all that they claim to be. I was in a serious crash and walked away injury-free. This was my second time purchasing a Subaru from Ciocca Subaru of Allentown. I have used Ron (salesman) both times. He is helpful, honest, and kind and always makes a frustrating process simple and enjoyable. Luke, the finance manager, was amazing, informative, kind, and made sure that I was well taken care of. On top of that, the service department is priced fairly and works quickly, making that a more enjoyable experience every time. I love Ciocca dealerships and would recommend them to everyone I know who wants to purchase a vehicle. I will be back for my next car (hopefully not for a long time).

Hands down the BEST car shopping experience we’ve ever had! Our 16 year old son saved his money and was in the market to purchase his first new (used) car. When we mentioned that to our wonderful salesperson, Jude, he said something to his manager and they gave us a great deal! Lower than what we told him we had saved up to pay. The manager said go ahead because it was his first car. Highly recommend shopping here. Very relaxing, no pressure!
