2025 Subaru Ascent Premium 7 Passenger

Amazing customer service!!! Josue helped me out a lot, very open about everything, very engaging, and easy to work with. Would most definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to get their hands on a brand new Subaru, to go to Summit Subaru of El Cajon.

This is an absolutely wonderful Subaru dealership and service center. From start to finish and the little things in between. I went in to buy am Outback and was greated by Todd. I knew what I wanted and had done my homework. Todd did not try to push any other car on me, and even worked out a $2k discount. Unfortunately my windshield got hit by a rock on 125, and then my tire got a flat on the way home that day.... bad luck... but Subaru is (currently) taking care of it at no cost to me. I soon as I arrived at the service center I was met by Adan who got the keys and took the car back for service without me needing to wait. While waiting my kids (2,3, and 7) were getting very antsy. That's when Bexaida came out with a bunch of snacks for my kids to help keep them satisfied. She remained in constant contact with us just to make sure all was OK. Summit Subaru has defined customer service today. Any future issues that may come up, I will be sure to come back here.

Filippo and the sales manager (I can’t remember his name) took great care of me. I really wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted to do with my previously leased car so I ended up leaving the dealership without making any big decisions, but about an hour later, I got a call from Filippo with an offer I couldn’t refuse. The guy even personally delivered my car to my job because I didn’t have time to make it back down to the dealership before work. Paperwork was a breeze and I’m loving my new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport!
