2024 Subaru Ascent Premium 7 Passenger

Bought a low-mileage 2021 Outback in July from Greg. I had tons of questions about what a reconstructed car is and he took the time to answer them all, explaining the benefits of buying them. I believe got an excellent deal on a car that will last me a long time. Because it's reconstructed, I was able to get a higher trim level and lower mileage car than I otherwise would have bought. The best part is if *anything* whatsoever does need repairing they also have a shop a couple blocks from the dealership where they will service your vehicle quickly and charge minimal $$ for parts if the car is out of warranty. They also have a reputation for being the most knowledgable mechanics when it comes to Subarus in the Pioneer Valley--to the point where apparently dealerships will go to them for help. The local Subaru dealership in Hadley vouched for Vitalys as well which is unusual. They are easy to get in touch with after you buy it and respond very quickly. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a solid car and great service at a lower price point than you can find elsewhere.
