I had to leave a review. It was my brother's first time buying his own car on his own and I tagged along to look at the cars he was interested in. We walked in and were greeted basically immediately without an appointment by the front. We worked with Vince, who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and kind. He showed us different cars, gave us different t options and walked us through the whole process. It was painless and pretty seamless. The only thing that bothered me was that after the car being detailed, the sticker residue was still on the window. Made me question if it was "detailed" at all. When I saw it and brought it up to Vince, he didn't hesitate to get it brought back to have it cleaned off properly. Thank you for a great experience! When I came in a year ago looking for a car for myself, Tito was also awesome, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Even though we decided on a different car, working with Tito was great. He gave us a chance to look at different car options and made us aware of what worked with what we were looking for.
