My wife and I were on the hunt for a larger SUV to accommodate our growing family. We aimed to trade in our sporty Mercedes GLK 350 for something more spacious. Unfortunately, at other dealerships, we constantly faced salespeople attempting to upsell us on models with features we neither needed nor wanted.
