2021 Subaru Ascent Premium 7 Passenger

This has been the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had in the Fox Valley. Easy to work with and super friendly and helpful. Greg S was our sales consultant. He was honest, detailed and never felt like he was trying to trick you. We ordered a car and had to wait several weeks. He stayed in communication and was so easy to work with. When we showed up, he had tabbed several pages in the owners manual that were important in getting acquainted with the car. When we worked with the business manager, he presented some extended warranty options with no pressure and did not make us feel dumb when we turned them down. Trust me, I’ve been there at other dealers who treat you like an idiot when you don’t buy extended warranties. They offered a fair trade value for our previous vehicle. We were never Subaru people but the WRX is a wonderful car. Was parked out front ready to go. Had 6 miles on it and Greg could even tell me how many it came with and where the 2 extra miles came from since delivery and who drove it. Again, the attention to detail and concern for customer satisfaction was beyond expectations.

I brought my car in to Gustman Subaru based on recommendations about the quality of their body shop after having a minor accident. They were super helpful! Even the tech that worked on my car, Justin G. was able to push back on the insurance after my used hood they wanted to repair my car with had some rust that he didn’t want to use! Highly recommend!

This Subaru dealership is so much nicer than the Green Bay location to deal with. And if you’re looking for the best sales guy around, I recommend Ed. Fantastic, customer service, and reasonable prices.
