2019 Subaru Ascent Premium 7 Passenger

My car buying experience was great. Jack is extremely responsive to emails and texts, he listened to me and was able to make the buying process extremely easy. He knows his stuff! I was in and out including the test drive in less than 2 hours. I gotta give Henry a shout out too - Jack was busy with another customer when I arrived and Henry gave me a full tutorial of my car before the test drive.

Henry was great to work with! He was patient and explained everything about our new car. He made the “buying a car process” as pleasant as it could have been! I also was nervous to drive it at first, since the Navigator is a lot bigger than my old car, but he was very reassuring and helped me feel comfortable getting behind the wheel! Jack was also very helpful in going over warranties and having us sign all the documents. Thank you to all, I am absolutely loving my new Lincoln Navigator!

Just recently purchased a used Nautlis from here and are very pleased with our experience. Henry was our salesman and was awesome. Had the car pulled up and ready for the test drive when we got there. He was honest and a pleasant to work with. Nice job Henry! Jack and the finance guys were also easy and pleasant to work with. Additionally, the service has been great. Had a few things looked at after and the home pick up, loner drop, and return were spectacular. Never had to leave the house. Highly recommend to anyone if your looking for a great car buying experience!
