2020 Subaru Ascent Premium 7 Passenger

My experience here was the better than any I have ever had elsewhere. This was our fourth used car dealership this time around and I will not go anywhere else from now on. I am a 44 yr old woman with a fixed limited income who went with my sister to find a safe, reliable and reasonably priced car for my daughter whom just got her license! Any concerns with the car were addressed and fixed prior to receiving the car. Bruce was a very personable, blunt and unique car salesman in the most positive way. I recommend buying a car from him to anyone who doesn’t want to get “screwed”. His main concern was selling us a car that would make my daughter “put a smile on her face” and went above and beyond to accommodate our financial needs as far as taking payment for the car. Really is one of a kind!!!!

Recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback from Burlington motors in Lawrence. I knew them when they were in Burlington but had not used them before. Location was easy to get to, the car was fairly valued and had recently arrived. Test drive had a an issue which was fixed. Had the car for a week and returned for a sticker...I did notice a small noise in left front tire, before I mentioned it they told me after inspection that it needed a bushing and bring it in while on warranty which I appreciated. Very satisfied with Bruce, Tim and Zach!
