First time shoppers to Lux Auto Plus, we were promptly greeted by Andrew Christianson, he was truly a pleasure to work with, zero pressure, attentive and just an all around great guy. He walked us through the process again no pressure. The price of the vehicle was below KBB so priced great, the shape of the vehicle was about as close to perfect, interior, exterior super clean truck. We ended up purchasing a quality truck, at a more than fair price. We met with a finance professional that was as equally great to work with, made the purchase even more enjoyable. Finally met with a sales manager which was really great as well, just chatted with my wife and I, again very personable. Most importantly no pressure. I would highly recommend Lux Auto Plus if your in the market for a vehicle. I know we will not hesitate to recommend you guys! I have been to many dealerships and I’ve never experienced such awesome customer service. I worked with Tommy Lynds and he was absolutely amazing. He worked hard to get me and my family the best deal possible on the car I wanted (2022 WRX). I got a fair price for my trade in and was able to work out the payments to where I was comfortable.
