2020 Subaru Ascent Touring

Stopped in here for a comprehensive inspection on a vehicle I was considering buying from a smaller dealership. Two of their service department employees were able to quickly point out issues with the vehicle right away and talked me through the pros and cons of a purchase at no charge, saving me a ton of money and time!

Fast and friendly service. Had my Crosstrek in for its first oil change. Tyler met me at my car and had me checked in pronto. He estimated about an hour but only took about 30 min. They even sent me a video of the under-car inspection! That's a first for me. Well worth the drive from NW Omaha down to Bellevue for this level of customer care. They will be seeing me again.

For starters, Bri in the service center was amazing! I literally was in and out of there in a loaner vehicle in a little over 5 minutes. I walked in and advised them of the problem with my vehicle, which was under warranty, and she took down my information, swapped keys, and I was on my way. This was my first time to visit this location and the ease of getting things taken care of so fast seemed too good to be true. Quickest in and out the door I have ever had at any service station, let alone, and dealership. Bri also did a great job keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle and called me every day to let me know. I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.
