2020 Subaru Ascent Touring

Bill was great to work with when purchasing the vehicle! I saw the vehicle online while I was down for business, and when I called to confirm its availability, Bill immediately called me back and had it upfront when I arrived. Bill was very nice throughout the whole process, not being pushy about anything, very upfront, and knowledgeable. Bill called me the next day to make sure everything was good and I was enjoying the car, and added if I needed anything to give him a call. Emily in finance was very nice as well. She wasn't pushy with warranties or gap insurance and made the financing process easy and straightforward. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend doing business with them if you're looking to buy. Compared to experiences I've had with other dealerships, this team keeps everything to the point, no pressure, no back and forth games, and friendly through the whole process. Came in today just to only look around and was greeted by Bill who was friendly very informative and helpful. I explained my situation to him , he listened and was determined right then and there to help AND BOY DID HE DELIVER! Again I only came to look around and I'm driving off in an amazing reliable good on gas and certified owned car.
