2020 Subaru Ascent Touring

I was very pleased with the service. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Both Jim and Jake were very responsive….not only when I wanted something, but also when I didn’t want something. I never felt hurried or pressured. I would absolutely recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a vehicle.

I couldn’t find the used car I wanted for a good price in WV and it was difficult finding enough in the range we wanted a one location so if one didn’t work we could try another. It was perfect. There were a few I could browse from in my range. The salesperson was not pushy. He explained everything to us and was patient.The finance guy, I also found was not pushy. He was practical about the package options to recommend to us and helped me to get what I needed. I also feel that he was quite transparent about what these packages offered and their prices and I didn’t feel like I was being handled. They were great! Worth the 4 hour trip out there. I felt we were being manipulated in WV dealerships. I don’t feel that way here. Dan and Jay were great at Cochran.

I bought my first car about 2 months ago and everyone was very helpful and kind. I seen one that I wanted online but had no pictures yet crystal went out and got me pictures right away. All the paper work went smooth and she was very kind and helpful on explaining everything to me!
