2020 Subaru Ascent Touring

I’m a repeat customer. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Infiniti of Mobile and have been pleased with every aspect of my experience. From sales & finance to the service department everyone I’ve had the pleasure of working with has been polite, friendly and professional. Mike McVay (sales) and Krissy (service) stand out in their fields. It’s one thing to be good at something, and yet another to care about it. These two go above and beyond what’s expected. Mike immediately put me at ease and made the buying process less nerve-racking. I was originally considering the Acura MDX but since the dealerships are next door to each other I wandered over to peek at the Infiniti QX60. Not only did I like Infiniti’s vehicle better, I also liked the staff at the Infiniti dealership better (namely Mr. McVay). Mike did not pressure me in any way, nor did he promise what he couldn’t deliver. We were negotiating during the height of the pandemic car shortage and he set realistic expectations and I appreciated his honesty which influenced my decision to go with Infiniti. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend Infiniti of Mobile.

Great experience! As a guy with 20 plus yrs in the car business I knew what I wanted and got it. Blake did an excellent job and let things go as the pace was set. John in finance did a great job as well. Look forward to doing business again in the future if it goes as fluid as this did!
