2023 Subaru Ascent Touring

From start to finish best experience in buying a vehicle. Was greeted by Christian when I first arrived. I did not have an appointment. I was interested in looking at the Mustang Mach e. I had never considered getting an electric vehicle but with gas prices continuing to remain high I was open to learning more about EV and giving up my gas guzzling Tahoe. Christian took me for a test drive in the Mach e. He answered all my question and was very knowledgeable about the car overall. I was super impressed as it was only his second week on the job. He had some numbers worked up for me. I told him I needed a couple of days to think about it as I really wanted to make sure I was ok giving up my Tahoe that I absolutely loved. I came back in a couple of days. I was selling my Tahoe to CarMax and needed a ride back and forth. Christian drove me, waited for me to finish my transaction and then drove me back to the dealership. My paperwork was not ready and I needed to pickup my daughter from school. Christian was able to get me a loaner to have until my paperwork was ready, which I was able to complete electronically, and instead of me going back to the dealership Christopher, an associate of Christian’s delivered it to my house. He didn’t have the charger with him so Christian delivered it to me the next day. First class dealership that I would recommend to everyone out there. The absolutely best experience shopping for a new car. Eduardo Caballero was able to help me select the perfect trim in a new 2023 Ford Explorer. He was able to provide me with videos and pictures and talked me through the the trade in and application process. The finance team were absolutely great any easy going.
