2023 Subaru Ascent Touring

Jeffrey Williams was amazing from the time I dropped the car off until the time I picked it up. He was so friendly and really started my day off on a high note! He was wonderful at communicating. Best service experience I have had there to date.

Overall, the experience was another very positive service visit with Williams. We have purchased multiple vehicles from Williams over the years, and their service department still provides the best overall product for our vehicles. That said, there were a couple of items that were a bit surprising… Nothing major, but perhaps worth note. The first included the original oil change service estimate, noting an ~$86 promotional rate for our 2015 Passat, plus taxes and fees were estimated at around $92. When the final tally came in, we paid just over $100, and they were not able to accurately explain why the difference of almost $10 in price. Again, not a big deal, just seemed A little different than expectations. On a similar note, the service team offered to have our vehicle washed and vacuumed as usual, and even offered to clean our rubber floor mats where some soda had spilled. I was surprised that when the vehicle was ready to take home, the back of the vehicle had not been touched with a vacuum or floor mats. When I asked about the floor mats, they drove it back around, cleaned those, but still never vacuumed the back of the vehicle. Again no big deal, just A little different than expectations. Excellent service and helpful employees. We have always felt them to be knowledgeable and take pride in their work. Really like the video updates. We have a 2000 Eurovan and they treat it with the respect it deserves!
