I feel that this dealer was open and honest with the condition of the truck that I bought. I am very pleased with the deal. I bought my Jeep Patriot in January of this year and I love it. Very practical. I love driving it and knowing it’s paid for. They were very good people and very understanding. The definitely won’t steer you wrong. Would trust them again for another car purchase for sure . 5 stars all day long.

About a year ago, I purchased a car from here that ended up having more issues than either party was aware of at the time of purchase. Despite me going in with a very poor attitude to speak with someone and writing a negative review, Mark was extremely gracious and helpful. He put all his energy into finding a solution even though he did not have to, and I am very appreciative. I would recommend buying a car here because Mark is an honest car salesman which is hard to find and he also will go out of his way to help resolve any issues if they do occur. Currently looking to purchase a second car through True Automotive and I would recommend him to anyone in the market.
