I had gone to another dealership the night before and was treated absolutely awful! I had a pre approval letter from my bank, I knew what I wanted and I just needed to buy the car. When we decided to go to Weston the next day, I was skeptical because of how the night before had gone. Very quickly, my skepticism turned to excitement! I was met at the door by the sales manager, Alex who connected me with salesman Scott. Scott was extremely helpful, he didn’t make me feel dumb! He went and got the cars I wanted to drive with nothing but a smile on his face! We went on 3 test drives and he thoroughly explained the vehicles to me, the features, the engines, the entertainment system, etc. When I chose the car I wanted, it was a seamless experience! I will forever be a customer of Weston Buick! Thank you to Alex and Scott for all your help, knowledge, follow up with me afterwards and just an amazing experience!

Excellent, I was greeted right away and helped throughout the process. Although time wasn't a huge factor for me that morning, it was nice that I was in and out within an hour. The main issue for the visit seemed to fix itself, but I got the oil changed and the tires rotated so it wasn't a wasted trip. Honestly if I lived closer I would come here all the time, I have had the best experiences with sales and now with service when it comes to my car. It's a great place!!

We were coming back from camping, 4 hours away from home, pulling a trailer when our check engine light came on. Stopped into the nearest GM dealership & no one even bothered to go out of their way to assist us. They said an appointment was required even to just run diagnostic codes. So we continued until we got to Weston & right away one of their service technicians Brian came out and ran diagnostic on our Chevy Colorado. He said it looks okay but best to keep an eye on it as we make our way home. Since the engine light hadn’t come back on again, Brian reassured us and we continued on our way home. If you thought customer service was dead, it certainly isn’t here at Weston. Thanks Brian.
