My experience was very good here. The owner was amazing and a very nice guy and made the process of buying my car very smooth. I appreciate him holding on to the car for me for a couple weeks while I situated things out.

I met Frank the manager and owner of Douglas Auto and he informed me of all the cars I was interested in. Frank was very knowledgeable and caring about what would be a good affordable car for me and what I was looking for he had. Toyota Rav 4 that was in great shape and well cared for. He allowed me to take it for a ride by myself and never pressured me once on my decision. This car is a beauty and I am very greatful to Frank! Frank was absolutely the best dealership I’ve ever been to! I went with my dad and brother to buy my own first car, and as a teenager, I thought it would be the most nerve wrecking moment of my life. Frank made my family and I feel welcome since we stepped foot onto the dealer. He made sure to answer all our questions, had the best attitude when we were deciding between two cars, and the next day when we went to finish the paperwork, he made sure we were all on the same page with everything going on.
