2024 Lucid Air Grand Touring

I was and still am beyond satisfied with my purchase and it was a great pleasure to work with this dealership. My vehicle needed a screen replacement which i don’t think was the dealerships fault but they fixed on time/ on schedule like they assured me they would. Great group of people to do business with and their selection of vehicles are dope. The amount of dealerships that advertise one price online and then you get to the place and they jack up the price ….. Zoom auto groups is not one of those places. The price was to the point and did not waste my time like other places did.

Hands down the best car buying experience I had thus far. My wife and I were greeted by Paul at the door of Zoom Auto and could not have had a better experience and were treated with respect the entire time. Paul was very patient, knowledgeable, understanding and never came across of telling you what you wanted to hear for the sake of closing a deal. Paul went over the entire process with a fine tooth comb and made sure every detail was accounted for and was patient and understanding from every question that we asked regarding the car. Everything from the test drive to the financing was done in a fashion to make us comfortable every step of the way with zero rush and zero pressure.
