2017 Isuzu NPR

I live in Minnesota and recently purchased an F450 sight unseen. Panda Auto Group was friendly and shared videos of the truck with me. They also provided a phenomenal transportation company that shipped the truck to me with no issues. Upon arrival there were a handful of things that needed to be repaired before I could put the truck to work. - Defrost did not work, - Driver door did not lock, - Pitman arm connection leaking power steering fluid, amongst a few other issues … I do have a CDL and all of these items would have been identified during a standard pre trip inspection and the truck would not have been put into service. Panda did graciously help with a few of the items, the remaining items I will have to figure out. If buying sight unseen I would recommend investing a few hundred dollars into a third party inspection. Overall good experience, utilizing a third party inspection I would purchase from Panda again.
