2015 Isuzu NPR

Took my wife’s car in for an oil change and tire rotation on the recommendation of family. It took 2.5 hours when they said it would only take 1.5 hours. From what I understand there was some mix up with oil filters. They refused to charge me which was nice but unexpected. They’ve earned my business going forward.
