Fanastic experience with Mercedes of Burlington from start to finish. Everyone from Alex (our sales person), to Vanessa (the sales manager), to Arthur (who detailed vehicle use), were all exceptionally professional, knowledgable, and very friendly (treating us like we were family); and this all made the purchase experience a pleasure and a breeze. Very easy, swift, organized, honest, and even fun! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new ride. This was a far better experience than some other Mercedes dealerships in the area we have dealt with. If 10 stars were an option, I’d give it in a heartbeat, especially Alex. Look him up, he won’t steer you wrong, and he follows through with what he says. A+++

I had the most amazing experience servicing. The staff was prepared for my arrival and had a loaner vehicle waiting for me. Since it was early in the morning, I stopped by the cafe to get a cappuccino and a muffin, then went to their nail salon to get a free manicure. I've never actually enjoyed maintaining my car, but I'm actually kind of looking forward to my next tune up!

I been looking for a Mercedes Benz GLE 43 AMG Coupe for a while now been to a few dealership but none was like Mercedes of Burlington the service was amazing the conversations was interested they don’t pressure you into making any deal you don’t want too they make me feel like am family and they known me for a long time everyone there is super nice and helpful with saying all this I choose to buy my first Mercedes here they gave me the best trade in value there customer service and communication was perfect they called and reach out to me while I was waiting everything I ask to be done with the car was done before I received it I will recommend anyone to go they to purchase a vehicle they are all now like my friends over there
