I feel that I have to share my experience shopping for a van at SRQ Auto. Neven immediately helped me look at the vehicle that I was interested in even though he was expecting another customer appointment. He was courteous and friendly. When Chris stepped in to talk numbers I was concerned that I'd have to weave my way through the typical "used-car-salesman" game. To my great surprise there was not of that! Discussions were friendly and completely transparent and I felt like I was visiting with friends. Even follow-up calls were professional and respectful and when they had another vehicle delivered that would more suit my needs, they worked with me to coordinate a quick review of that van as well.
