2022 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 3500 Gas 109" WB Regular Cab

I went to Pendarvis on Saturday "just to look" at a 2021 Chevy Silverado. I called before making the trip to make sure it was there and spoke to John. From the initial phone call and even after the sale, I felt like family. No one was pushy and no one tried to sell me anything I didn't want. John rode with me on my test drive (my choice) and we talked like old friends. I spoke with Richie in finance and he was so helpful! I purchased the truck that day because it was truly such a pleasant experience (and I fell in love quickly with the truck). Even though the experience I had on Saturday should be the norm, unfortunately, it isn't. If you're sick of how potential buyers are typically treated at dealerships, give Pendarvis a visit! They made the buying process FUN! The HUGE plus for me were no extra dealer fees (except tax and title fees, of course), no extra push for fancy wax jobs and add ons I didn't want or need and although an extended warranty was offered, no one was pushy when I declined. After a horrible shopping experience last year purchasing a different vehicle, Pendarvis has restored my faith that good values and kindness are still alive and well in the world of car shopping and I appreciate it very much! Thank you Pendarvis for making my "Trail Boss" dream come true and thank you for being so kind and helpful throughout the entire process! I'm already looking forward to purchasing my next one!! Hubby and my furbaby Jake are just as excited about the new ride! ????

Great dealer! Most transparent and honest dealers I’ve ever worked with. Most dealers didn’t give me the time of day with me being on the younger side but Clint made the process painless for us and took care of everything!

First of all, none of us are perfect so I rarely give a "full" star rating. That being said, 4 stars means Pendarvis Chevrolet is great from my perspective in the experiences I've had with them. Not to get into the details but I ended up at Pendarvis after an absolutely horrible and disrespectful experience with the Cheverolet dealership in my hometown. I still have things that need to be checked on my car that I had tried to get taken care of with my local dealer without success. The experience was so bad and service so poor that Chevrolet contacted me directly. Anyway, I decided to take my care to Pendarvis Chevrolet for the main issue and they had my car ready within a few weeks whereas the process had dragged on with my local dealership over 6 months total. Pendarvis Chevrolet was sympathetic to what I had experienced and reassured me that basically I was in a "safe space" Lol. They were very communicative about what was going on with my car and how the process would progress. They gave me a rental (which my local dealership did not, even when they kept my car for months at a time). Pendarvis also has an automated system that updates while your car is there letting you know when parts are ordered, expected and received, and other information. On top of that, I have to tell you HUNTER always took great care of us. He would call with updates, ask questions to understand more about what had been going on with my car and my experience with my local dealership. This helped him understand my frustration and hesitation. He answers any questions I have and if he doesn't know, he tries to find out. He is such a nice person and I am always happy to see him when I come in. After the amazing service from Hunter and Pendarvis, I decided they were my new dealership and well worth the drive to go there. It's actually time for my next "mileage" service and I will be going to Pendarvis. It is so much like night and day between them and my local dealership that I can't even effectively put it into words for you to understand. THANK YOU HUNTER! THANK YOU PENDARVIS! SEE YOU SOON!
