We recently had maintenance & repair items for our RV chassis done by IP Truck Fort Worth. We were impressed by the service. They kept us informed about the work needed & did their best to finish the work quickly. When there was a delay in getting parts, they accommodated our scheduling with RV coach shop.
Sorry for the earlier review, it was brought to my attention that there was a very big miscommunication. I need to revise my earlier review they have went beyond my expectations, I have always had the upmost faith in their service and work-in fact other then the one "bad day" they have been able to fix my trucks when noone else could even figure it out. But once we started working together and had better communication they once again were able to get it on the road again. I'd give them 10 stars if it were possible. The key is good communication always. Would like to think all who went the extra mile to get this matter solved
I bought a used Isuzu box truck, and I will say i was excited, the truck was is top notch condition. My sales rep is Steve Meadows, he helped me get absolute best price. But the sales support and service did not stop there. I had the truck a mere 3 weeks, had a few issues, but Steve always answered the call,and along with his shop tech Eli, this company provided 100% ,they did not let me down, and I don't think they would to anyone else. Top notch and I have major gratitude for Steve,Eli and this group at IPTruck for keeping me on the road to conduct business in my LLC. Thanks guys ,you are awesome!!????????????
