2025 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 4500 Gas 176" WB Regular Cab

I've had a great experience with this dealership over the years. I bought my 2020 Traverse brand new years ago. I've been going here since for my oil changes. Recently, I had to have a repair completed that thankfully fell under warranty. Eddie was the Service Advisor who helped me from start to finish. He was always very helpful, responsive, and friendly through the whole process even in the fast paced environment. Hopefully I won't need to bring my car back anytime soon but if I have any more issues, I'll bring it back to their shop. They got my issue fixed in less than a week and put new tires on! I found tires cheaper elsewhere and they even price matched. Great experience all around, even in a stressful situation. Thank you to everyone in the service shop. I really appreciate you!

I live about 180 miles away from the dealership and purchased my 2500HD new from West two years ago. I drove back West for service as the quality in my surrounding area didn't meet my expectations. I made an on-line appointment for a Saturday morning, arrived at that time, and was on my way in 30 minutes. Other dealerships I may have waited most of the day. The staff at West was friendly and helpful with a nicely appointed wait area. When my schedule can accommodate the trip, I will continue returning to West!
