They did a great job on my car. I have a 2014 BMW, in fair shape, recently went to BMW Bloomfield for servicing and was told I needed, front struts ($3600), bushings replacements ($1100) and wheel alignment ($249). I went to Farah Auto to inquire about the work and was quoted a good price of ($1800) for all three jobs which included parts and labor. Of course I was riding across the turnpike a day later and hit a huge pothole, the front right strut broke the right axle causing the strut to rub up against the tire and burn the tire. I planned to get the job done at the end of the month but due to these circumstances, I was able to bring the car in the next day and they fixed in one day. Not to mention, I looked all over to find someone who could assist me with trying to fix my car radio, as it went out about 1.5 years ago and no one could find the parts and BMW wanted to charge me ($250) to diagnosis it and then said it would cost me about ($3000) to replace. Farah auto found the radio, replaced and reprogrammed it in one day for the price of ($1200). I have no idea how they get parts in a prompt manner because they found a tail light for me at a reasonable price quickly too. They even offered me a loaner when they had the keep the car for a couple of days to get all work done. I really appreciate the work done and at a reasonable price. It would have cost me about $10K to fix everything when they completed the job for $4K and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend if you have a BMW that needs fixing. I normally always take my car to BMW Bloomfield as I trusted no outside source but Farah did a good job, therefore I would go back if the dealership will cost me a fortune.

Best auto shop around! After getting quotes double the price from other shops I stopped into faraj auto and they took care of my brakes in under an hour. They even changed out my wheel locks that were installed wrong by the dealer. Great customer service, prices, and fast turnaround.
