2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C300 4MATIC

Service Dept: 5/5 -- Park Place Audi and Josh (the SA) are great. I have an A3 that I get serviced exclusively at Park Place. I think the price for their labor is reasonable and I've always had good turnaround time from their team. I've also been able to ask and get clear answers on "why" something costs as much as it does, or why something shouldn't be done at home (usually sensors, thanks modern cars). I'm always able to get in fairly quickly and never worry that things were skipped or glossed over. Luther's tire deal isn't very good, but I don't think their other parts are out of line compared to other genuine OEM parts. I've had my glass repaired through Luther as well - they brought someone down from the twin cities to do it, is my understanding - but they did a pretty good job. Had to have my wipers re-aligned after and the team took care of it in minutes. Their service shuttle is convenient. Sales Floor 4/5 -- they didn't have exactly what I wanted and their trade in offer was pretty low on my last car. But I was able to test drive a few vehicles and the salesperson was nice. I didn't find him pushy at all. I ended up buying from Audi Minneapolis (Carousel Motors) and although the car has been great that experienced sucked -- sucked enough, with a good enough car that I'd like to give Park Place another shot when it comes time to replace this one. In the meantime, they're keeping my current one running and do an awesome job.

Sergei was AWESOME! We live 5 hours away and he went above and beyond to make sure that we knew all the details of our SQ5 before making the drive. Super responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with. The best dealer experience I've ever had!

The manager, Brad Johnson, seems to be a really great guy. I really trust him. I must know the names of 5 people that work here now. The sales people have been working here a long time, unlike many other dealerships. I just left here after test driving a used car and it was a good experience. Not sure if I'll buy this car, but I still feel they deserve a good review for how nice they are. I have purchased a couple vehicles here in the past. They used to have different people working here and managing it. It isn't the same bad reputation people you may have heard about from many years ago. Update* just went back and purchased the car, because they offered me a deal that was too good to pass up. So grateful and happy to have this new vehicle. Thanks to everyone that helped :)
