Best buying experience hands down!! Alex is a gentleman and a true professional. My first Mercedes S550 lived up to everything I expected and more. I initially called because I wanted to trade my 2020 Porsche Macan S for the S class. Alex was extremely responsive since day one. The most difficult part of the deal was that I live in NJ and the business was in Illinois. Nonetheless, strong communication made everything possible. had such a good experience with this dealer!! he seemed super knowledgeable about his cars and mine in specific. he was really laidback and trustworthy. the only thing i wish was noted is the paint spot in the back right corner- it didn’t faze me but this might be bothersome to future buyers:) alex then went beyond to give me money for a tire because we happened to drive over a tool while test driving. he didn’t even have to do that! but he did:) i appreciate you alex!!
