We just purchased a 2015 Ford explorer here. I've been online looking for a car for a while and was nervous about getting into a payment. As soon as I hit send to the pre-approval, I got a text saying it was being reviewed and someone will get back to me. We got approved and everything was set up and ready by the time it took us to take the drive. Bailey was super nice and professional. She helped us understand the loan and also helped us get a warranty ????. The cherry on top is she's bilingual! Everyone was so nice and welcoming.
