2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C300 4MATIC

This is our second used honda odyssey we have bought from Piazza Honda of Reading and they have never disappointed. Our first odyssey was extremely reliable, never gave us issues until a lady hit me and totalled it. Our salesman Nick today was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, not pushy at all, and worked well with us. HOWEVER the Zurich was a scam. He told us it would only add about $8 a month to our payments so we said yes...it cost over $4000 total just for that! By the time we were signing papers it was already on the van. We questioned why the price we were financing was so much higher and the main man (I forget his name, but he is awesome) told us that's just all the fees...I don't think he was aware we were told the Zurich was much cheaper than it actually was. It's now going to cost us almost $50 more a month just for that to last until 100k miles. It was a total rip off and a scam and we were completely lied to about the price from the salesman. THAT is my only and biggest complaint. Other than that, we were able to take the van home the same day! Financing was done quickly in house and we got an excellent rate. Bring a checkbook, license, and updated insurance card and you are good to go! Hopefully we won't need to be back any time soon...but when the time comes, this is where we will be going! Just a little more informed next time.
