They regularly kept me in the loop while we were waiting for my RAV4 to be delivered to the dealership and they took the time to answer any questions I had. The process to purchase the vehicle was surprisingly quick and painless — I was able to fill out a financing application online a few nights before I purchased my vehicle, which saved me time at the actual dealership.
