This was my first time buying a car, and Walser Subaru did NOT disappoint. I experienced only patient, caring and personable individuals during my time. I had the pleasure of working with Leo Sanchez. He was quick witted and answered my questions with ease. I was on the fence about a few things and he helped me to make an informed decision without making me feel rushed or pressured to get into something I wasn't wanting. I even had the sales manager come and personally thank me for my business, and answer questions for me as well. My experience with everyone I interacted with was compounded upon my amazing experience with Leo. I ended up purchasing a brand new crosstrek, and I could not have been any happier. They detailed the car before I left, gave me a gift bag, and walked me through all the features. They were attentive when I purchased the car and are still attentive after I purchased the car. I am so happy with this dealership.
