2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C300 4MATIC

Adam and Frank were amazing! Answered all my questions and were extremely friendly. I was able to pickup my car with new trd wheels and tires only 4 days after purchasing. They are extremely knowledgeable with Lexus GX’s and are a great contact for off-road builds in the Atlanta area.

I purchased a 2013 VW Passat from Frank at Avalon Auto and am very happy with the purchase. Elias (one of the owners) was also very helpful. We drove by after hours to take a look at the car, and Elias gave us some information on the car and let us check it out that night. We came back the next day, talked to Frank to see it, drove it, and were sold.  The vehicle was in great condition, and when I asked if my mechanic could check it out, they handed me the keys and said, “See you when you get back.” Letting me take it to my mechanic is very important to me, and these guys advocated for it, which is such a refreshing feeling. If a dealer ever gives you any excuse on why they can't let you take it to your mechanic's location... walk away! I had my mechanic check it out and was given the green light. We were able to pick it up the day after our transaction with four new tires, beautifully detailed, and ready to go complete with a big red bow for my daughter’s birthday present. The staff are easy to get in touch with and answer every question. It’s been close to two weeks since our purchase, and my daughter is loving the car.  I am not very familiar with VW, but Frank has been very helpful with questions I’ve had for him even after the sale! In my opinion, it’s the service after the sale that matters most, and these guys have been on point every time! My family and I were very impressed with everyone at Avalon Auto! They are NOT your average small dealer and are particular about the cars they sell and have a great selection. If you are in the market for a quality used car, you have to make Avalon Auto your first stop! Their selections are the best I saw after looking for more than two weeks.

Being a passionate car person I buy and sell at least one car a year and due to this deal with car dealers on a regular basis. I normally try and deal with private party sellers because have had had more than one terrible dealership experience. When I started looking for a GX470 I knew I wanted one clean and from the south to start with something rust free. The more I looked I kept coming across ones posted by Adam at Avalon and was always impressed by his candor regarding the condition of the vehicle and taking the time to do maintenance that most dealers would ignore. That was enough to give Adam a call and from the first call it was clear that he was a true car person which isn't common for used car dealers sadly. Took a month but one that met my requirements made it through Adam's process and I jumped on it. My wife was skeptical that a 20 year old car could be as nice as some of the newer stuff we own but when we showed up to Avalon she was blown away by the condition. The fact that Adam took the time to recover the seats really put it over the top. Pickup went smoothly with all paper work ready and no unnecessary waiting. When we were getting ready to leave Adam even noticed some damage on the new TRD wheels that I got as part of the sale. He immediately offered to drop ship me a replacement wheel without hesitation. This was the single most enjoyable dealership I have had in my years of buying and selling cars. Would recommend anyone needing to buy a car to go to Avalon especially a Toyota or Lexus SUV which Adam is an expert in.
