2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C300 4MATIC

Wow, what can i say or where do i even begin. We have chose to come to this dealership over the dealership that is closest to us we live in WV due to their quality of service (worth the miles put on my car). Not only do they go above and beyond every time, but this time they really outdid themselves. We are welcoming our sweet baby boy in two weeks and they made sure to service my vehicle, get it ready for the baby and give us a sweet sweet gift. Wow our service advisor Dale is wonderful, and we will NEVER go to another mercedes. All our future cars will continue to be purchased from them, they have lifetime customers and we will always recommend any mercedes friends directly to them. SO SO SWEET. My car has also not been this clean since we purchased it. Thank you again to our service advisor Dale, we have not had the best of luck with our current car, but recently things have started to look up and everything is going great with our new SUV.

I recently purchased a CPO GLE 53 from Mercedes Pittsburgh. My salesman, Chris Zier, was an absolute delight to work with. At no point in time was he pushy or annoying and I never once felt like he was trying to persuade me one way or another. He took time to show me multiple vehicles and intelligently answered every single question that I asked. Initially I had anxiety about using this dealership because of fear it would be “big business” because of its central location in the city, but it was far from that. Further, the finance manager, Kim Mills was wonderful to work with. During the finance and signing process she was never aggressive about trying to up-sell products and made the paperwork process stress-free and easy. I am 100% satisfied with Mercedes of Pittsburgh and would absolutely recommend anyone considering to buy a Mercedes to look into this dealership.
