2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C300 4MATIC

Shout out to Oscar Lozada and Taylor Cross! I was on a business trip and developed an oil leak. I needed to know how serious the situation was and with no notice, Oscar and Taylor went way above the call of duty, to quickly identify that I was not leaking engine oil, it was AC compressor oil! There was no room on the service schedule for the repair, and I had a work schedule to maintain, so Taylor cleaned up the leaked oil and told me how I could safely drive back to my home in St Louis, where I scheduled the needed repairs......Great guys who gave me some peace of mind when I needed it.

Service Department was very professional and polite. Zoe Cook the service coordinator was very personable and professional. She kept me informed about the repairs of my vehicle. Repairs and service were done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

We cannot recommend Dan W. and the team at Normal Audi enough! Dan quite literally saved us from being stranded on the highway when our car broke down as we were passing through town on our way to Wyoming. He took us in and after realizing our car wasn’t fixable, he quickly put us in a new car and got us back on the road to our destination. He was so helpful and kind and we cannot say enough about the whole team at Normal Audi. Thank you for helping us continue on with our vacation!
