I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. In early March I purchased a used 2021 ct4-V from Micheal and Ian. The entire process was easy and straight forward with no nonsense games you can sometimes find at other dealers. I enjoyed the car so much that I wanted the same car with a bit more power so last month I contacted Michael and asked about a 2024 ct4-v blackwing that was on the lot. Long story short Micheal made it happen and had it ready to drive off the lot within a few days. Everyone who I encountered at Otto was very friendly and helpful and most importantly honest! Thank you all so much. I’ve been loving the car.
I recently bought a car from Otto and I’ve had an amazing experience buying my vehicle, they are great people to work with Ian the manager was very helpful, and the fianance manager Ryan made the deal a breeze, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Made my day!
If you’re in the market for a car, Otto Cadillac is where it’s at. Dan is the guy you should ask for. His office is a little desolate, but he does have a pretty cool Hot Wheels Cadillac on his desk. He has quite a good sense of humor, making the dreadful process of buying a car much more pleasurable. Ryan went to bat for me, a suboptimal candidate in most aspects. And last, but certainly not least, Brett showed me how all the buttons work! However, if don’t happen to catch them while you’re there, I am certain you’ll still be well taken care of.
