Had a great experience at Pacific Motors 2 weeks ago when purchasing a used BMW 535i XDrive. The small staff were very polite and prompt to return email or phone calls. The car was ready to test-drive at the time we had arranged, and again when we picked it up a few days later. The car was just as described, and condition in real life was the same as the pictures portrayed. After driving this car around for the last 2 weeks, I have found absolutely nothing wrong with it, it drives perfectly, it looks fantastic, and I have zero complaints. It was priced over the book value, but with the condition of the vehicle and it's full BMW service history made me feel fine paying the extra for it. I would 100% happily come back and buy another vehicle from this team at Pacific Motors.
