Wow! I had nothing but a great experience buying my new Volvo from Scott Johnson! As a single 73 year old woman, I was slightly concerned about purchasing a new luxury car on my own. I had never felt like this before although it was the car of my dreams and I wanted to be sure I got a fair value trade in price. I had an expectation and after a bit of back and forth we reached a satisfactory agreement. I will say that I might have been a challenging customer but their patience and perseverance won me over. The learning curve to learn the technical operation on a new vehicle can be daunting. Scott was very patient showing me the special details that set Volvo apart from the other brands.
