I messaged Zain (one of the owners) telling him that I wanted to trade my Tacoma down for something more fuel efficient. He had a great option on the lot already, but I wanted something specific. Even after I told him I’d get that exact car, and that it was as good as done, he was looking for alternatives to make sure I got the most for my money. Once the plan was in order, I met up with Suleman at the dealership, and he helped me through the process! He was great to work with, and had the relaxed and confidence demeanor of somebody who wants what’s best for you, and knows how to make that happen. I’ve never had an easier and more considerate car buying experience! Pearl Motors earned my business for life on that one transaction ???? You really get the sense that these guys are focused on customer service and smooth transactions, and if you have experience with used car dealers, you know that’s rare.
I wish there could be more stars for this review! Shopping at Pearl Motors was one of the greatest experiences that I have had in a long time. Really helpful and professional staff. They have a great variety of different car options from small hatchbacks to pickup trucks, they got everything. They’re always ready to work with you and make a satisfactory deal. Strongly recommended. They also have a daily updated inventory in their website.
