One of my least favorite things is to go through the car shopping process, however I’m so happy I reached out to Stephen’s Creek Lexus. After a pretty disappointing experience as a potential repeat customer at another dealership I wasn’t sure I wanted to try again. Im so glad I did. It was the most hassle free, easy and comfortable experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. From the initial contact online all the way up to driving home in my new RZ, everyone was outstanding! I have to give a special shout out to Carlos, my salesman. He was pretty new on the job but an absolute pro at customer service! He was attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure all went smoothly. Andy worked his magic to get me exactly what I wanted. The finance manager Robert was genuinely the best I’ve ever encountered, and Jennifer the sales manager made me feel truly welcome and appreciated. I was looking to buy my first Lexus. We started out in Monterey and were not having the best experience, but then it turned around with Lexus Stevens Creek. Our experience was nothing short of amazing! The customer service and dedication to the customers are what makes Steven’s Creek the best place to shop. Car buying can be cumbersome, but Dorothy, Andy, Gina, Steven, Robert and Domingo made us feel comfortable and more like family through every step of the process. Dorothy immediately called after my online inquiry and Andy followed up a couple days later. They were able to provide me with information to help me make the best choice on what I wanted and I didn’t feel pressured.
