2004 Honda Odyssey EX

I have absolutely no complaints about this place. I go there routinely for oils changes and such and they make it easy to just drop my car off and pick it up later. They also offer for me to wait there in their lobby which has amenities in it. But my real review is about when my stem on my tire broke and I came out from work with a flat tire. They took it in that day took my spare off fixed my old tire and sent me off that day. THEN the next day the same tire was flat because I apparently ran over a nail... I called them again and they fixed it again same day also no charge for both of those services and the charges for oils changes and other maintenance are cheap and I get coupons mailed often. I would highly recommend this place.

We were very lucky to have worked with Daniel and Rob. They were very patient and took their time helping us get into not one but two new cars. I highly recommend buying your next car here!

Loyalty goes both ways. We’ve purchased multiple cars at Shingle Springs Honda and get our service work done there also. The Service Department (notably, Melissa & Kyla) made huge accommodations to help us with a major repair. They did so much to earn our appreciation and loyalty. No doubt this will be where we do all of our future business. Thanks again Melissa, Kyla and Shingle Springs Service Department.
