Their inventory is very high quality and they go to great lengths to ensure their cars are clean and mechanically sound, and customers are satisfied. Salesmen DeSai and Omar were thoughtful and efficient. The sales manager Sean agreed to fix several minor mechanical and body problems without charging me. These are honest people. The only confusion I experienced was with the purchase paperwork and a miscommunication that required we return a few days later to buy the car instead of that day. The dealership is clean, comfortable with a nice cappuccino machine and pool table. If you’re looking to buy a luxury car you should go to Jidd Motors Mitsubishi in Des Plaines. I highly recommend them.
